  • First Floor Bedroom: This luxurious room offers a king-size bed, an extra mattress, an attached bathroom, twin vanity basins, and access to a private infinity pool with a terrace overlooking the sea.

2) Living & Dining Spaces:

• The ground floor is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and a 55” Samsung Smart LED TV. The Bose audio system with indoor and outdoor speakers enhances the ambiance, allowing you to enjoy your favorite music while lounging by the pool or dining indoors.

• The fully-equipped modular kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, crockery, and cutlery, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. If you prefer, a personal cook can be arranged at an additional cost.

• Additional amenities include an ironing board and iron, a hairdryer, a medical kit, masks, sanitizer, and scented candles and diffusers placed throughout the villa for an extra touch of luxury.

3) Swimming Pools, Deck, and Terrace:

Guest Access:

• Guests have full access to the entire villa, ensuring privacy and exclusivity during their stay.

• Please note that the check-in time is strictly at 2 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM.

• Valid government ID proof is required for every guest at the time of booking and arrival. Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• A negative RT-PCR report or COVID vaccination certificate is mandatory for all guests.

• A refundable security deposit will be collected upon check-in. This deposit is separate from the rental cost and will be refunded within 2 working days, provided the number of guests does not exceed the booking, check-out time is adhered to, and there is no damage to the property.

House Rules:

• The number of guests cannot exceed the booking, and all guests over the age of 16 will be counted as adults.

• Illegal activities, including the use of drugs, prostitution, or any commercial activities, are strictly prohibited within the villa.

• Guests are expected to treat the villa with care and respect.

• A full-time cook can be arranged for an additional fee.

• The villa comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, with extra mattresses available at an additional cost.

Goa Airport COVID Norms:

• All passengers arriving in Goa from other states or UTs must present a negative RT-PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT/Rapid Antigen Test report from an ICMR-accredited lab, conducted within the last 72 hours.

• Passengers with a final vaccination certificate, showing they have completed 15 days since receiving their second dose, are exempt from the pre-departure test requirement.
